📋 Description

• Process documentation, claims, and data reports according to standard operating procedures • Identify and flag anomalies, missing information, or process breaks to senior team members • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and answer questions • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets or internal systems for accurate daily reporting • Manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, communicating trade-offs to the team • Learn business analysis and operations through hands-on execution

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent practical experience • Up to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, data entry, or call center • High attention to detail and discipline to follow multi-step processes accurately • Strong problem-solving instincts and judgment about when to investigate or escalate issues • Excellent written and spoken English skills • Flexible schedule allowing consistent daily overlap with US business hours • Fluency in Spanish is ideal
