📋 Description

• Build relationships and make connections with salon managers, franchisees, and internal departments • Coach, influence, and motivate salon managers, general managers, and franchisees to improve salon performance and growth • Monitor and document compliance with the Great Clips operating system and brand standards • Evaluate salon operations and provide performance-improvement recommendations • Complete salon audits using Great Clips tools and resources • Coach and develop salon managers through specific performance feedback and growth resources • Consult with franchisees and Great Clips staff to improve performance and growth • Manage assigned market budgets to meet expense and net salon goals • Build trust with franchisees to influence positive organizational growth • Motivate large groups through public speaking and lead presentations • Service the Omaha and Des Moines markets through regular salon and company-meeting travel

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Omaha, Nebraska or Des Moines, Iowa • Part-time availability of 25–30 hours per week • 2 years post high school business or equivalent education and 4 years of salon/retail management experience required • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends required • Ability to travel 40–60% of the time • Reliable, secure internet for remote work • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds required • Ability to build relationships, motivate, coach, and influence others • Customer service orientation • Ability to conduct workshops and presentations • Basic understanding of financials • Analytical and strategic thinking skills • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet functionality • Helpful but not required: knowledge of retail operations, including real estate, construction, marketing, and training • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
