• Manage medical malpractice claims for assigned members • Monitor and review new claims for designated members • Establish a plan of action for favorable claim resolution • Attend and facilitate member meetings and claim reviews • Review and recommend appropriate case reserves • Negotiate settlements and provide insights at trial • Advocate and serve as a resource and partner with physician members
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Juris Doctorate preferred • Three to five (3-5) years of medical malpractice or equivalent claims-related experience
