📋 Description

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog • Provide high-quality onsite support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools • Support districts and schools in successfully implementing Great Minds curricula • Participate in internal training cycles to develop expertise in new professional services offerings • Develop facilitation and coaching skills and familiarity with Great Minds products • Maintain a strong and supportive Great Minds culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality • Deliver a blend of professional development facilitation and coaching • Provide occasional virtual sessions and travel beyond the region as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching • At least 1 year of experience delivering high-quality professional development • Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math • Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy • Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science • Experience with both digital and print education platforms • Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping • Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • Bachelor's degree • Candidates should be located in Texas • Valid driver's license • Willingness to fly and drive • Cover letter and resume required • Successful completion of a background check • Declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status required • Ability to commit to supporting a minimum of 5 service days from November 2026 through June 2027 on an as-needed basis
