📋 Description

• Design and support implementation of advanced digital product analytics tooling • Coordinate with engineers on naming taxonomies and data governance approaches • Enable self-service analytics through training, documentation, and dashboards • Design and execute mixed-methods research using product analytics, surveys, usage data, interviews, and observations • Analyze online user behavior to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities • Monitor and improve data quality and refine data taxonomies • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to inform product decisions • Build and interpret dashboards and reports using Looker, Microsoft BI, and Google Analytics • Leverage AI to improve study design, reporting, analysis, and data visibility • Support hypothesis-driven product discovery and early experimentation • Contribute to experiment design and large-scale foundational studies informing product strategy • Translate complex data into narratives that drive product decisions • Present findings to Product, Design, and leadership audiences • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data teams, and other researchers • Partner with non-digital departments to triangulate insights and build confidence in research • Support recruitment for product workstreams and grow the internal participant panel • Develop scalable research operations efficiencies using AI or automation • Build documentation for product workstreams and enhance the research repository • Contribute hands-on to operational needs as the team scales its practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with digital product analytics or quantitative user research for SaaS or web-based software products • Experience with Google Analytics, Pendo, Maze, Looker, Statsig, Microsoft BI, Excel, and Google Sheets • Working proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus • Ability to collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams • Ability to influence decisions without direct authority • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with cross-functional partners • Bachelor’s degree required • Cover letter and resume required • Successful completion of a background check required for new employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • K–12 or education experience is a plus, not required • Experience with data privacy considerations for vulnerable populations, such as minors, is a plus, not required
