📋 Description

• Build and maintain product curriculum, including eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs for product launches and ongoing releases • Own launch execution for GTM initiatives, including timelines, session logistics, communications, invites, and follow-ups • Maintain enablement systems, including tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents • Turn enablement-system outputs into insights for stakeholders • Partner on measuring completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate enablement impact • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps • Report directly to the leader of the Product + GTM Enablement team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or a related GTM operations role in tech • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience running multiple launches or programs simultaneously • Instructional design experience building training, job aids, or curriculum • Direct GTM experience preferred • Strong writing skills and ability to translate product briefs into concise, field-ready language • Proficiency with enablement technology stacks, including LMS, conversation intelligence, and CRM • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work • Data-informed approach using completion and feedback data to prioritize and improve programs • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and judgment about when to automate versus use human decision-making • Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS is a plus • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
