📋 Description

• Support manuscript development and finalization, including drafting outlines, writing, creating tables and figures, and formatting • Conduct systematic and ad hoc literature searches using databases such as PubMed • Document search terms and retrieved articles • Review scientific literature and extract study characteristics • Populate literature review tables and compile key associations for meta-analyses • Follow journal-specific submission requirements and format manuscripts, tables, figures, and references • Draft and format presentation slides • Format client reports according to specified templates • Identify validated research instruments and program/test questionnaires in REDCap • Provide participant contact, recruitment, scheduling, and tracking support • Review table inputs, spot-check results, format tables, and provide analysis support and results summaries • Review and clean transcripts, develop codebooks, and upload materials into NVivo or Dedoose • Support transcript coding and take thematic notes • Participate in analysis workshops, develop manuscript outlines, and identify supporting quotes • Collaborate with researchers, data managers, analysts, and government clients across the research lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience • Coursework or applied experience in epidemiologic methods, biostatistics, or research design • Prior experience with literature reviews, scientific writing, or data collection preferred but not required • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate within teams and to work independently • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Familiarity with REDCap, NVivo, Dedoose, or statistical software such as SAS, R, or SPSS is a plus • Willingness to learn new methodological approaches, topical areas, software languages, or other skills as needed
