📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and drive business outcomes • Develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports • Conduct new product analysis, data analytics, strategic projects, and company-wide planning • Report to the Finance Team Lead and collaborate with executives across departments • Establish close working relationships with business leaders and act as a liaison with executive management • Support product, engineering, marketing, and commercial sales teams with custom financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market insights • Analyze actual financial results versus budget/forecast and provide actionable decision support • Support investor relations and corporate development activities, including peer benchmarking and evaluation of partnerships, investments, and acquisition targets • Own or contribute to forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and annual/long-range planning • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes and audit support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, management consulting, or a high-growth company • 5+ years directly relatable work experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling and technical skills • Excellent analytical skills and mindset • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels • Enthusiasm to learn and evolve skillset over time • Strong accounting and systems knowledge • Data visualization skills and ability to synthesize complicated analyses in simple ways • Strong understanding of consumer subscription or FinTech business models and metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, and ARPU • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present recommendations to executives • Strategic thinking, ownership mentality, detail orientation, and high standards • Ability to build bespoke financial models from scratch • Adaptability and flexibility
