📋 Description
• Develop course and other learning product materials. • Develop measurable test items. • Support needs assessment and training needs analysis activities. • Support course evaluation activities. • Evaluate new and existing training data. • Create reports based on new and existing data. • Assists with training product development as needed. • Performs other tasks at the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer.
🎯 Requirements
• BA or BS in Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, or other training-related field from an accredited academic institution. (Preferred) • Certificate or certification in Instructional Systems Design or other training-related field. • 5+ years of experience with content development or instructional systems design. • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
