• Learn the line of business, day-to-day team responsibilities, and its function within the broader real estate business • Complete in-house training programs for applications and operational techniques • Assist in monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results and financial reports • Support development of financial outlooks and forecasts • Help prepare financial reports and presentations for internal use • Assist in annual budgeting by gathering and organizing financial data • Collaborate with different teams to provide financial insights and support • Support other projects to gain exposure to financial planning • Build relationships and partner with Greystar teams to reach shared goals • Manage full-cycle accounting tasks for assigned properties • Review financial statements, prepare journal entries, handle bank reconciliations, and perform accounting control procedures • Participate in a 10-week summer internship program from June 2, 2027 to August 6, 2027
• Curiosity and a desire to learn • Quantitative background demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics • High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines • Preferred major: Accounting, Finance, or related degree • Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
