📋 Description

• Assist in the setting up of all new stores across the US • Travel to different locations weekly to help merchandise new stores and support existing store operators • Serve as a brand ambassador in the field to Independent Operators (IOs) and their store teams • Demonstrate merchandising best practices to store employees • Guide Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards • Construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking • Unpack pallets with various types of food & products • Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor and in the stockroom • Work efficiently and effectively on tight timelines • Perform administrative tasks including managing expenses, booking flights, submitting time sheets, checking email, etc. • Clear and consistent communication • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated, respectful, professional, with a great attitude • Able to travel away from home 4-5 nights a week, including flights and/or driving (personal and rental cars) out of state • Able to work 5-10 days in a row • Ability to stand or walk up to 100% of your shift • Organized and can meet deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently • Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnight shifts • Ability to work overtime when needed • Strong verbal and written communication skills
