📋 Description

• Learn the duties of the Business Transformation team • Assist with process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units • Document processes and gather data • Analyze large amounts of data across multiple systems • Synthesize data into actionable insights • Assist with other Business Transformation projects • Collaborate frequently with subject-matter experts and other credit union areas

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina • One year prior work experience required • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Ability to read, write, speak and type English • Ability to hear and use a telephone • Ability to use a computer with repetitive keystrokes • Must be able and willing to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx • Must be available during standard business hours, 8:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday, with a schedule not exceeding 29 hours/week • Must not be in F-1 or J-1 status; Grow Financial will not sponsor work visas
