📋 Description

• Handle healthcare and professional liability litigation matters • Brief and argue motions • Take and defend depositions • Lead written discovery efforts • Interact directly with clients • Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials • Work in a collaborative and collegial environment • Pursue professional development and advancement through mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years’ and up to seven years’ experience in healthcare and/or professional liability litigation • Licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina or California • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Experience briefing and arguing motions • Experience taking and defending depositions • Experience leading written discovery efforts • Trial experience preferred but not required • Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
