📋 Description

• Defend complex, high-exposure healthcare facility matters • Receive training in professional liability litigation • Work with a collaborative national team of litigators • Work under the direction of an experienced leader and trial attorney • Handle assignments with minimal supervision • Represent clients nationwide in professional liability and related litigation matters

🎯 Requirements

• Near entry level attorneys with some litigation experience • Ideal candidates have at least two to four years’ experience specializing in medical malpractice and professional liability matters • Must be licensed in California • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Driven team player • Submit a cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and substantive writing samples
