📋 Description

• Process sensitive and confidential case-related assignments from the Firm’s brick-and-mortar offices • Represent the VLS Department through polished and professional office communication • Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists • Save and distribute incoming mail • Download and save court ECF filings using firm naming conventions • Process vendor invoices using Chrome River • Process expense reimbursements using Chrome River • Complete ad hoc projects such as large PDF bookmarking and OCR projects • Support legal functions including new matter review and data entry, document organization and naming in iManage, confidential legal document preparation, document conversion, text replacement, document comparisons, tables of contents and authorities, mail merges, fillable forms, and presentation editing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting • Strength in MS Teams preferred • Previous remote work experience preferred • iManage experience preferred • Chrome River experience preferred • Kofax experience preferred • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work daytime hours on the specified shift • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week • Mandatory 1-hour lunch • Submit a cover letter and resume
