📋 Description

• Lead a best-in-class product team, ensuring each function delivers the highest-quality work and outcomes • Drive innovation strategy through the right product innovation roadmap, identifying emerging categories, ingredients, and consumer opportunities • Create industry-leading, science-backed formulations by ensuring everything we create is efficacious, compliant, and defensible • Partner cross-functionally to deliver winning go-to-market strategies that translate product innovation into business results • Build for quality and scale by ensuring that quality, consistency, supply chain resilience, and process efficiency are core to how we develop and launch products.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product • at least 5+ years leading a product or R&D organization in supplements, functional food, or adjacent CPG categories • proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer products from concept through commercialization • deep fluency in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs in the supplement or food space • experience building and leading cross-functional product teams across R&D, development, science, and quality • strong commercial instincts; knows how to connect product decisions to brand, growth, and margin outcomes.
