📋 Description
• Help thousands of innocent injury victims and their families win their injury cases • Ability to quickly answer online leads and incoming phone calls • Keeping all client records confidential and maintaining all of the firm’s core values • Multitasking and working on several cases at a time efficiently • Responding to client needs with compassion and patience
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working at the same place of employment • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals consistently • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite • Detail oriented when completing intake forms • Bi-lingual is preferred, but not required
