β’ Bachelor's degree required (e.g., Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field) β’ Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare roles (e.g., product marketing, medical/clinical, new products, market access, insights and analytics, portfolio/strategy) β’ Experience developing and delivering market analyses and customer insights to inform clinical development plans, financial valuations, and/or stage-gate decisions for pipeline or in-line assets. β’ Experience working cross-functionally with Medical, R&D, Insights & Analytics, Forecasting, Health Outcomes, Finance, and Business Development, as well as Brand, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory partners. β’ Experience leading complex asset/portfolio reviews and delivering insight-driven recommendations that influence senior stakeholder decisions β’ Experience presenting and delivering data-driven strategies to executive audiences (live and virtual)
