📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking research and actionable advice for Gartner clients in writing, video, infographics and podcasts • Cover data governance and management across HR use cases, technologies and geographies; HR technology road mapping; and AI’s impact on HR • Develop thought leadership, insights and actionable approaches to client needs • Create in-depth analysis identifying root causes of client barriers and reframing thinking to drive business progress • Develop independent insights and evolve the research agenda • Track vendors, emerging technologies and practices in AI- and data-driven HR technology and predict market trends • Provide individualized, data-rooted advice to CHROs, HR functional leaders and HR technology leaders through video presentations and discussions • Create and deliver presentations for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings • Provide sales support and serve as the voice of the market for BTI teams • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation and research discussions and collaborate with BTI peers • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes for service delivery • Mentor and coach junior team members • Support Asia-Pacific clients for at least 6–8 hours of engagement per month

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles, with recent ownership of data governance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HCM and other core HR technology in enterprise organizations • Experience in global data governance and management • Experience working with legal, privacy and compliance teams on ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols and data privacy standards for AI tools and HR technology • Knowledge of physical AI applications and workforce implications in manufacturing and/or field service environments • Understanding of CHRO challenges, workflows and priorities • First-hand knowledge of the HR technology landscape, especially HCM suites, market dynamics, vendors, products, emerging use cases and AI impact • Track record collaborating with IT, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve data literacy and build a data-ready culture • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior-level audiences • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a global team • Ability to give and receive constructive peer feedback • Comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to represent Gartner’s research methodology and strategies effectively • Agility navigating and learning in highly matrixed environments • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, regionally and globally
