📋 Description

• Engage with CHROs from leading companies and organizations • Educate and support Sales on new business opportunities • Coach the Sales Team on qualifying and engaging new and current clients • Explain and demonstrate the value proposition of the CHRO service • Participate in strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities • Conduct Proof of Concept calls • Help prepare Service Kick-Offs and transition clients to the Service Delivery Team • Partner with Executive Partner CHRO, Sales, Marketing, and Research teams on the go-to-market strategy • Provide Proof of Concept reporting, conversion rates, continuous improvement programs, and insights for CHRO growth activities • Provide some direct client support while primarily shaping and managing the prospect pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years working in a senior management role in an HR capacity • 5+ years as a CHRO or equivalent • In-depth understanding of all aspects of the HR function • History of coaching, presenting, and collaborating at a senior level • C-level and Board experience highly preferable • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred • Comfortable in a Sales-led environment • Ability to engage with senior HR executives and prospective CHROs
