📋 Description
• Manage 25-30 member relationships • Assist members to achieve their Mission Critical Priorities • Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions • Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle • Host and/or participate in periodic onsite member activities
🎯 Requirements
• University graduate (Masters preferred) with a 10+ years’ working experience • In-depth understanding of the IT industry, its vendors and suppliers • High tolerance / evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations • Excellent relationship management skills • Experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders
