📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis on the AI services and broader services markets • Develop market sizing and forecasting models using assumptions about AI services demand across industries and geographies • Deliver actionable advice to high-tech industry clients, including CEOs, general managers, and product and marketing leaders • Assess market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and customer opportunities • Create innovative, thought-provoking, must-have insights content • Develop thought leadership, insights positions, and actionable approaches to client needs • Analyze client barriers and needs to drive strategy forward • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice through virtual and face-to-face client interactions • Create and deliver presentations for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales by providing market insight and helping drive client engagement • Conduct timely, high-quality peer reviews of content • Represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy as an industry expert • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Encourage regular client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Experience of market sizing and forecasting • Strong predictive thinking and complex forecast analysis skills • Excellent writing, research, analytical, presentation, and communication skills • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
