📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content • Develop thought leadership, new insights, and actionable approaches to client needs • Analyze client barriers and needs to identify root causes and drive strategy • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring independent insights to Gartner leaders and influence research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice to clients and prospects through virtual and face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentations for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales by serving as the voice of the market and driving client engagement • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation, research discussions, and collaboration across the Insights community • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes for service delivery • Mentor and coach junior team members • Encourage regular client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience leading enterprise leadership capability strategies • Experience redesigning leadership models for AI, digital transformation and organizational change • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts concisely • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
