📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client needs • Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategy • Establish Insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring independent insights to Gartner leaders to evolve research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice through virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Provide sales support as the voice of the market • Support Insights teams in creating content and driving client engagement • Provide high-quality and timely content peer review • Represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy as an industry expert • Participate in innovation, ideation, research discussions, and collaboration with Insights peers • Identify research process improvements and develop new service-delivery processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Help clients engage regularly with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles • Exposure to large enterprise or government clients • Strong understanding of tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and digital asset regulation • Familiarity with enterprise processes and architectures integrating digital asset capabilities • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills • Ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
