📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content • Develop thought leadership, new insights, ideas, and actionable approaches to client needs • Analyze client barriers and needs to identify root causes and drive strategy forward • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Provide independent insights to Gartner leaders and influence research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Advise clients and prospects through virtual and face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales by providing market perspective and driving client engagement • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate with Insights peers • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Help clients engage regularly with Gartner insights and interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles with exposure to large enterprise or government clients • Strong understanding of tokenization (data and asset), stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and the digital asset regulatory landscape • Familiarity with enterprise processes and architectures that integrate digital asset capabilities • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellence in research and writing • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks while defending conclusions • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
