📋 Description

• Grow Georgia-Pacific's custom corrugated packaging business throughout North Alabama, Eastern Mississippi, and South Tennessee • Build a robust pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging a professional network • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities • Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding business objectives and delivering value-creating solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution • Understand customer buying processes and decision-making dynamics • Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities • Maintain strong follow-through and ownership while delivering on commitments and customer expectations • Stay informed on industry trends and share insights supporting customer and business success

🎯 Requirements

• Outside sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial, manufacturing, or related B2B sales • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the territory, up to 75% • Valid U.S. driver's license • Must reside within or near the assigned sales territory • Experience selling corrugated packaging products • Experience within packaging-related industries, including flexible films, tapes, adhesives, industrial packaging, converting, automation, or packaging machinery • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
