📋 Description

• Provide strategic reliability leadership across multiple corrugated plants • Partner with plant and business leaders to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), equipment availability, maintenance effectiveness, and long-term asset health • Establish consistent reliability practices, remove barriers to execution, and build technical capabilities for safe, reliable, and sustainable performance • Champion safety culture, risk identification, personal ownership, and compliance, including a goal of zero Notices of Violation (NOVs) • Provide technical and strategic direction for site reliability and maintenance processes • Help plant leaders embed effective practices into daily operations • Develop and support site-specific one-year and three-year reliability tactical plans • Partner with Capital and Project Engineering teams on reliability, maintainability, operability, and life-cycle considerations for installations and upgrades • Improve preventive, predictive, precision maintenance, and lubrication strategies • Strengthen work management and support forward-looking equipment replacement plans • Use OEE, downtime, maintenance, and asset-health data to identify opportunities, prioritize resources, and verify sustained corrective-action results • Coach plant leaders and reliability professionals, share standards and best practices across sites, and develop technical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in plant, operations, maintenance, or reliability leadership within a manufacturing environment • Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance, lubrication excellence, and related reliability programs • Experience assessing and improving mechanical and electrical reliability • Experience implementing reliability and maintenance processes, establishing standards, and driving consistent execution • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, influence, and develop high-performing reliability and maintenance teams across organizational boundaries • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methods such as Lean or Six Sigma • Willing and able to travel approximately 75% of the time, including weekends at times, depending on business needs • No visa sponsorship available • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field is preferred • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification or a comparable credential is preferred • Experience in corrugated or paper-based packaging manufacturing is preferred • Record of improving equipment, processes, and systems beyond original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards is preferred
