📋 Description

• Oversee and direct project personnel on utility-scale solar photovoltaic and BESS projects • Provide expert guidance on schedule adherence, financial forecasting, risk mitigation, contract compliance, and quality controls • Drive achievement of project milestones, budget targets, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental standards • Set measurable goals and performance expectations for Project Managers and their teams • Review progress and provide developmental feedback • Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning • Guide economic thinking and value creation throughout the project lifecycle • Provide input on contract administration, schedules, and budgets documentation • Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritize opportunities and mitigation efforts • Leverage internal and external capabilities to develop advantaged solutions • Foster customer and partner relationships • Create an environment encouraging knowledge sharing, challenge, and trusted internal and external relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience managing teams • Previous EPC project management and execution experience • Strong understanding of general business economics, including budgets, schedules, prime and subcontract language • Negotiation experience with customers and subcontractors • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future • Utility-scale PV solar and BESS EPC project execution experience preferred • Understanding of IRA compliance preferred • Understanding of project development cycles preferred • Master’s in business preferred
