📋 Description

• Drive quality planning activities, best-practice establishment, and quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle from concept through production release • Drive FMEA, risk assessments, and Design for Reliability practices to identify and mitigate product risks early • Provide technical leadership for reliability, failure analysis, and corrective action activities • Review and approve design changes, component qualifications, and manufacturing readiness decisions • Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership on quality, reliability, and risk-based decision making • Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to implement and sustain quality requirements • Ensure the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of next-generation optical transceivers throughout the product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field • 10+ years of experience in quality, reliability, product, or design engineering • Strong understanding of optical components and modules, opto-electronic and electronic devices, and transceiver manufacturing processes • Expert knowledge of FMEA and risk management • Expert knowledge of reliability engineering and qualification testing • Expert knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions • Expert knowledge of statistical methods and data-driven decision making • Expert knowledge of design verification and validation processes
