📋 Description

• Assist mills in keeping control systems operating safely, reliably, and efficiently • Provide troubleshooting and support for daily manufacturing operations • Guide manufacturing operations on selecting and implementing process control technologies and strategies • Work with local operations and process control teams to optimize existing process control assets and process performance • Design, program, and modify control strategies within existing control systems • Pursue engineering solutions to resolve equipment deficiencies • Support large and small capital projects as a corporate subject matter expert • Partner with Consumer Products, Cellulose, and Containerboard continuous manufacturing operations across United States mills, focusing on Fiberline process areas • Travel frequently to manufacturing sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical, Electrical, or Paper Science Engineering • 5 or more years of professional experience working with DCS based systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and design • Ability to travel 50–75% • Experience working in the fiberline area of a pulp and paper mill (preferred) • 10 or more years of professional experience working with DCS based control systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and design (preferred) • Experience with Honeywell TDC and Experion or Emerson Delta-V (preferred) • Must successfully pass a drug test where required by state law • Employment uses E-Verify
