📋 Description

• Build and maintain Premier Market brokers and plan holder relationships • Market, position, and sell Guardian’s Group Benefits portfolio products • Support the general well-being of broker and client relationships • Accountable for consistently achieving or exceeding personal sales production expectations • Represent Guardian by acting as a market leader

🎯 Requirements

• A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience • Minimum of two years' group insurance sales experience • Experience and knowledge of relevant industry products and processes including Worksite, LTD, Dental products • Collaborative team player • Exercise sound judgment and integrity
