📋 Description

• Monitor real-time queue and adherence to ensure SLA and response times are met • Evaluate peaks in customer interaction volume and respond to fluctuations • Coordinate coverage and completion of real-time intra-day, daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables, including forecasts, schedules, and reporting • Deliver scheduled reports based on established deadlines • Partner with staff, leaders, and peers to identify opportunities from available data and translate them into action plans for improved performance • Update agent profiles, skilling, and schedules • Maintain accurate WFM data by tracking attendance, attrition, agent readiness, and leave of absence • Maintain and update procedural documentation to ensure accurate and standardized processes • Generate reports for management on performance, agent adherence, and production • Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement • Maintain a positive work environment supporting high-performing teams and multi-skilled agents • Provide operational leaders with information on agent productivity and adherence • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Workforce Management Analyst with Genesys knowledge is required • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus • Availability from 7:30am CST to 9:30pm CST • Proficient in Excel • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think critically by gathering information, evaluating options, and implementing the best solution • Focus on achieving goal-oriented results • Flexibility and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques • Team-oriented approach and commitment to strengthening the team • Reliable and consistent attendance
