📋 Description

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the company’s goals are met and clients’ needs are addressed • Use independent judgement and discretion when handling matters related to assigned accounts • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues • Retain and grow book of business by meeting customer satisfaction ratings, identifying upselling opportunities, creating marketing strategies, and collaborating on product enhancements • Advocate the benefits of ComPsych’s products and services to customers • Implement and manage effective delivery of customers’ programs, including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution, and utilization reporting • Create retention strategies and annual account planning with the Director, Account Services • Determine appropriate delivery of ComPsych’s products and services, resulting in customized communication strategies and training • Schedule quarterly face-to-face meetings or conference calls with customers to discuss goals, status, and utilization • Support other Account Managers with servicing large/complex accounts • Build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders • Maintain a professional demeanor representing ComPsych’s values and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining successful customer relationships required • Healthcare background a plus • Sales experience a plus • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Suite • Stable work history required • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
