📋 Description

• Provide direct support remotely on behavioral, emotional health, family, and wellness-related issues • Conduct clinical intakes by telephone • Refer clients to appropriate resources, such as therapists or counselors • Adhere to departmental protocols, best practices, and customer requirements • Resolve issues and identify resources to ensure a positive client experience • Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services • Maintain complete and accurate case documentation in the proprietary database • Monitor emerging behavioral health trends and best practices • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care and alignment with client-specific service expectations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related Behavioral Health field • Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional • Demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills • Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization • High-speed internet • Professional workspace free from distraction, disruption, or outside noise
