• Travel to provider practices and patient homes for scheduled diabetic eye exams and retinal screenings • Operate company-provided retinal imaging equipment • Support closure of eye exam and related quality gaps • Complete company-provided training before conducting exams independently • Maintain competency through ongoing training • Manage a daily eye exam appointment schedule • Confirm appointments with practices and patients • Coordinate travel logistics • Engage virtually with team members, internal partners, customers, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days • Build and maintain working relationships with relevant stakeholders • Support quality improvement, reporting, patient outreach, and customer success activities • Perform other assigned duties
• Willingness and ability to travel daily, up to 100%, to provider practices • Must reside locally in the Nashville, TN area • No prior eye exam or imaging experience required; full training and equipment provided • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation • Associate degree or greater in a related field • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting • Knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, medical billing, or coding • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and multiple healthcare-related systems or applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to meet hard deadlines • Ability to collaborate effectively with management, co-workers, customers, providers, payers, and care teams • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must complete company-provided retinal imaging and eye exam procedure training before independent exams
