📋 Description

• Develop, design and manage the technical component of engagements and solutions that align with business requirement • Managing resources that will build and configure RPA deployments and Conversational AI models to improve their accuracy and efficiency • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to technical implementations • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide AI-based solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and define technical requirements of solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare industry • Proven experience designing and implementing RPA and Conversational AI solutions • Demonstrated understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, including entity recognition, intent classification, and sentiment analysis • Knowledge of chatbot design principles and user experience (UX) best practices to create engaging and user-friendly conversational interfaces • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration of the various platforms • Ability to travel up to 75%
