📋 Description

• Plan and lead major IT service delivery projects in accordance with ITIL v4 standards and ServiceNow CSDM alignment • Evaluate performance results and recommend changes affecting project growth and success • Function as technical expert across multiple ITSM project assignments while supervising project teams • Coordinate meetings between Government, contractor, and service providers to resolve operational issues • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow and other technology platforms • Lead architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the ServiceNow development team • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow implementations • Serve as lead client point of contact for ServiceNow implementation and strategy • Direct and monitor all aspects of ServiceNow implementation • Ensure quality assurance for ServiceNow projects • Review functionality developed by the ServiceNow development team and perform testing • Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expertise in implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and IRM • Well-rounded technology consulting experience, including defining requirements, leading client meetings, facilitating UAT, and conducting training • Experience working in an Agile environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with diverse people at all levels • Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility • Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands • Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions • Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications preferred • PMP certification preferred • Experience driving business development activities and leading federal proposal wins preferred • Prior managerial experience leading and supporting a remote workforce preferred
