📋 Description

• Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions using Tableau • Lead and review data cleaning scripts using Databricks, SQL, and Python • Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools for operational and strategic decision-making • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling • Contribute to implementation efforts for workflow and data improvements • Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases • Translate business needs into scalable data science solutions • Support client services, business development, internal firm initiatives, and professional development • Prepare or contribute to RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers • Support organizational and mission goals within the Federal Government

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust • Bachelor's degree and one (1) or more year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, data visualization, or data science; or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related STEM field • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences • Ability to gather requirements and present to clients • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Impala • Experience performing analytics and data transformation using SQL, Python, and R • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration
