📋 Description

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through completion. • Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. • Partner with engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and communication plans. • Coordinate resources and facilitate meetings. • Drive issue resolution and proactively remove blockers. • Track progress against commitments and manage scope changes. • Escalate risks or impediments as needed. • Support process improvement and establish project management best practices, tools, and standards. • Contribute to Business Development efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Ten (10)+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related roles in a technology environment. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required. • 3+ experience managing technology engagements for State Health and Human Services agencies, preferably Child Welfare. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of project management and Agile methods. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands. • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft ADO. • Experience working in enterprise platform or cloud-based technology environments. • Experience leading large-scale or highly complex technical initiatives. • Ability to analyze data and create executive-level reporting and presentations. • Must be able to travel to client site regularly. • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding. • Familiarity with CCWIS federal guidance is nice to have. • CCWIS project experience is nice to have.
