📋 Description

• The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a project and managing project staff. • Develop, implement, manage and meet or exceed operational goals. • Coordinate and conduct interviewing of potential new hires and provide training. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other standards. • Conduct monthly account reviews and monitor staff attendance and productivity. • Review and approve monthly client invoices for accuracy. • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Associate's Degree and a minimum 7 years relevant experience. • Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree. • Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, payor, professional business services or an outsourcing company. • A minimum of two years of people leadership experience is required.
