📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of technology solutions • Define, execute, and continuously improve testing strategies • Plan, design, and execute functional tests • Ensure developed solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and end-user expectations • Validate integrations, business workflows, and critical processes within Salesforce platforms • Validate functional and technical components across Salesforce clouds, configurations, objects, automations, and deployment processes • Lead and promote test automation initiatives • Implement frameworks, tools, and best practices to optimize testing cycles and increase coverage • Define, monitor, and analyze QA metrics and KPIs, including test coverage, defect rates, automation efficiency, and release stability • Provide strategic insights supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of quality processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of ONE (1) year of professional experience • Qualification is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and obtaining and maintaining the specific level of U.S. Government security clearance required for this role • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required • Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, including test case design, defect management, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing • Experience working in agile environments • Experience working in Agile teams • Collaboration with development, product, and business teams • Expert in creation of test scenarios/cases which meets the business requirements and mapping documents
