📋 Description

• Translate customer business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions • Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops • Identify business challenges, process gaps, and solution requirements • Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with SPSM and the Well-Architected framework • Develop Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications • Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, Engagement Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders • Serve as functional subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce • Support UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and resolution • Contribute to go-live readiness, data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage • Participate in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding initiatives • Maintain utilization targets consistent with AMERS delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Professional Services or delivery environment • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience • Relevant Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials • Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live • Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and communicating with business and technical stakeholders • Ability to document and communicate solution designs through TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides • Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams • Industry experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus • Agentforce experience is a plus • Travel required up to 10% • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
