📋 Description

• Translate customer business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions • Partner with Engagement Delivery Managers, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and Client Partners from discovery through go-live and beyond • Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops • Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with SPSM and the Well-Architected framework • Develop Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications • Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers throughout engagements • Serve as functional subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce • Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution • Contribute to go-live readiness, data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage • Participate in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding initiatives • Maintain utilization targets consistent with AMERS delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Professional Services or delivery environment • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience • Relevant Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials) • Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle — from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders • Ability to document and communicate solution designs clearly through TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides • Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role • Selected candidate must be able to obtain up to a Secret clearance • Selected candidate must be able to travel up to 25% • Industry experience in a relevant vertical is a plus • Agentforce experience
