📋 Description

• Serve as a member of Guidehouse’s Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice • Solve complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups • Manage multiple workstreams across healthcare projects • Support strategic planning, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial/risk modeling, and merger and acquisition design • Develop analytical models and structure methodologies • Perform diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks • Manage smaller workstreams or deliverables • Travel 75% or more as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of prior relevant consulting and/or health industry experience • Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies • Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks • Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Ability to travel 75% or more • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field (nice to have) • Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field (nice to have) • Strong written and oral communication skills • Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry • Track record of strong client service • Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects • Efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, high motivation, and excellent organizational skills • Ability to work well independently and within team structures • Financial modeling/planning skills
