📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and manage secure and scalable generative AI solutions using SaaS and local resources • Guide internal technical users with best practices and support for SaaS AI services and custom applications • Design and assist with secure data connectors and ingestion pipelines for enterprise AI access to internal data sources • Collaborate with Information Security and IT teams to define requirements, implement IAM, network, encryption, logging, and monitoring controls, conduct security reviews, and ensure compliance • Establish monitoring and alerting and develop operational procedures for deployed AI services • Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness • Liaise between business stakeholders, technical teams, IT operations, and information security • Track developments in SaaS AI/ML services, generative AI, and cloud security • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and security guidelines • Contribute to the organization’s AI/ML strategic roadmap • Develop and present educational materials on effective and safe AI usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering and/or solutions architecture with a significant focus on AWS • Deep hands-on experience implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise AI solutions using AWS services • Strong understanding and practical experience with AWS services including IAM, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail • Experience designing and implementing secure cloud-based AI solutions on AWS • Familiarity with AWS security services including Guardrails, KMS, and Secrets Manager • Enterprise-level experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Transcribe, Rekognition, and Q Business • Experience collaborating with IT Operations and Information Security teams on cloud deployments and security reviews • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, preferably Python • Understanding of generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and foundational AI/ML principles • Problem-solving and complex technical troubleshooting skills • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience applying security principles to AI implementations, including data protection, access controls, and threat modeling • Understanding of AI security challenges including prompt injection, data poisoning, and model extraction attacks • Up to 10% travel • Sedentary work and substantial wrist, hand, and/or finger movement for at least 8 hours daily • Close visual acuity for computer terminal viewing and/or extensive reading for at least 8 hours daily • Preferred: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer • Preferred: model fine-tuning, IaC tools, MLOps, enterprise application/data warehouse integration, agentic AI architectures, and MCP client/server architecture
