📋 Description

• Manage network and system administration, project managers, and coordinators to ensure seamless technology services during branch openings, relocations, and closings • Manage network design and configuration, including security • Manage provisioning and disconnects of voice/data circuits, upgrades, and cost control • Maintain and enhance SASE zero-trust capabilities and network security • Oversee network micro-segmentation • Manage cloud network environments and security best practices • Ensure deployment of LAN/WAN networking equipment • Ensure deployment of telecommunications hardware, including IP PBX/hosted VOIP • Visit site locations for large-scale deployments and acquisitions as needed • Manage network administration of Cisco Webex/UC call center • Manage and monitor network security access and user access • Provide high-level network support and consult with vendors on troubleshooting and projects • Manage, configure, monitor, and report on firewall/DMZ • Complete documentation and tasks related to SSAE, SOX, and other audits • Manage network integration and provide IBM i Series support and troubleshooting as needed • Manage and maintain email routing configuration and provide troubleshooting support • Manage and maintain wireless network configuration and provide troubleshooting support • Lead a department or functional area through subordinate managers and high-level individual contributors • Execute the operational plan and lead operations of network functions/programs • Report directly to a member of the leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent computer-related Degree from a technical school, or similar training • A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor's degree • Minimum seven years of experience in network administration-related roles • Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience • Expert-level knowledge of technical equipment and systems • Prior experience with IT disaster recovery/business continuity planning and recovery required • Fluency with Cisco CCNA, CCNP + Voice, Cisco routing and switching, BGP, VLAN, WAN, and Internet • Experience with Cisco Meraki firewalls • Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers and Cisco Access Control • Telco router setup and configuration experience • Experience with Zscaler and SonicWall • Network monitoring and backup experience with PRTG, SolarWinds, and other utilities • Experience with Windows, VMware, Cisco UC, and UCS virtual environments • Experience with Windows 11 and Active Directory • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer service focus within a team environment • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technology periodicals, procedures, and journals • Ability to train less experienced team members and build capability • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications • Ability to travel 10–20% • Ability to work nights or weekends or be on-call as a regular part of the job • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards • Ability to adhere to process protocols and apply established protocols in a timely manner
