📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day user access operations within the cybersecurity operations team • Ensure timely user access provisioning and deprovisioning • Improve user access policies, standards, and processes through task automation and efficient workflows • Administer identity governance and administration, privileged access management, single sign-on, Imprivata tap-and-go, federation, multi-factor authentication, access request management, and provisioning • Define user access policies, standards, roles, and procedures • Communicate user access policies and standards to stakeholders • Participate in projects addressing user access controls in technology designs, workflows, and operating procedures • Participate in or lead AD, PAM, IAM, and MFA tool installation, integration, support, and operations • Develop, validate, and execute IAM use cases and test plans • Identify, analyze, and resolve data and complex user access workflow issues • Diagnose and resolve AD, PAM, MFA, and IAM issues and recommend process improvements • Provision and deprovision regular, privileged, and Epic EMR user access • Maintain relationships with technology vendors, industry professionals, security forums, and professional associations • Support compliance and information security certification activities, including entitlement reviews, control gap documentation, IAM playbooks, metrics, HIPAA compliance, HITRUST CSF certification, audits, and risk assessments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Epic Security certification or ability to obtain within a year of hire • Professional security certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire/in role • 3 to 5 years of experience as an information security analyst or IT business analyst • 2+ years' technical experience with PAM, IAM tooling and processes • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Ruby • Strong verbal and written skills for technical documentation, training, and presentations • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in cybersecurity • Demonstrated experience with IT controls design and implementation
