📋 Description

• Drive the growth of the Inner Circle, Agency, Prestige Labs, and additional products/services • Advance existing clients into higher service tiers, renew service agreements, and generate referrals • Guide clients to success through 1:1 coaching calls and proprietary training systems • Create a world-class first impression through preparation and delivery of the onboarding process • Oversee the client experience and work cross-departmentally to remove bottlenecks and reduce poor experiences • Understand GymDash software and drive adoption • Create quarterly client goals and action plans, then coach clients against those plans • Collaborate with Prestige Labs to drive eligible Inner Circle members’ adoption and sales of PL products • Conduct daily, bi-weekly, onboarding, and Boiler Room coaching calls • Prevent client exits with client-focused action plans • Provide moderate technical support consistent with client portal training • Work with Agency, Sales, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience • Drive attendance at virtual and in-person events in collaboration with Marketing and Support • Report key metrics to Leadership weekly when applicable • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to improve customer experience • Identify product gaps and communicate findings and solutions through 1:1s, reports, and surveys • Manage the Inner Circle sales pipeline, including renewals and ascensions, in the CRM • Meet or beat budgeted retention targets • Increase customer retention and activation through onboarding, education, and advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within the gym Industry both in Sales and Training positions • 2 years management experience • Ability to handle challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts • Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers • Efficient with all integrated platforms within the company • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and cross-departmentally • Able to make autonomous decisions of how to handle customers based on company morals/values and set guidelines • Able to handle difficult conversations regarding upset customers and de-escalate those situations • Availability: M-F 8AM-5PM EST; flexibility for additional hours as needed including but not limited to weekends and holidays • Generally reachable and responsive to Slack during working hours
