📋 Description

• Design end-to-end customer and associate experiences across web, mobile, and emerging channels • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content partners to solve customer problems • Conduct and apply customer research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback • Help shape content and messaging within experiences when appropriate • Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, and content development • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders • Contribute to design systems, patterns, and best practices • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field • Portfolio demonstrating customer-centered design and measurable impact • Experience designing digital products from concept through launch • Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments • Curiosity about AI and experience using AI-enabled tools in your workflow • Experience with content design or content strategy (preferred) • Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or intelligent experiences (preferred) • Experience conducting usability testing or customer research (preferred) • Experience contributing to or evolving design systems (preferred) • Experience working across multiple experience disciplines including content, service design, and research (preferred)
