📋 Description
• Lead the vision, voice, and creative expression of the H&R Block brand • Shape and evolve the brand’s creative identity • Partner with Brand Strategy and GTM teams to influence briefs and shape narratives • Champion creative excellence across every touchpoint • Build a high-performing creative culture rooted in curiosity and collaboration • Guide and manage external agency partners for exceptional creative output • Develop scalable creative and content systems for agile execution
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, advertising, or brand marketing • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams • Ability to balance long-term brand building with performance-driven marketing goals • Strong influencing, communication, and collaboration skills • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment • A builder’s mindset for leading through transformation
