📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for new clients and guide them through registration • Conduct phone consultations to understand client concerns and goals • Identify and remove roadblocks and establish expectations for the expat service experience • Provide personalized, high-touch support and clear explanations of the expat tax process • Respond to active client messages within a 1-day service level • Identify and escalate complex or tax-specific inquiries to internal experts • Review reports and client accounts to prioritize outreach based on client status and seasonal needs • Establish trust and rapport with clients and advocate for their needs • Use Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to collaborate with peers and improve client service practices • Foster long-term client loyalty and encourage clients to return the following year • Support clients served through H&R Block’s remote Assisted Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years minimum related work experience • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience (preferred) • Experience providing client support and managing client communications • Ability to conduct phone consultations • Ability to identify and escalate complex or tax-specific inquiries • Ability to use Salesforce and Microsoft Teams • Ability to respond to active client messages within a 1-day service level • Empathetic, professional, and informative communication skills
